Jeff Yurcak
Legal Experience:
Jeff Yurcak has practiced civil litigation with Harris Hilburn since joining the firm in January 2014. Jeff has represented clients involved in a variety of civil disputes, including lawsuits related to dangerous premises conditions, negligent hiring and supervision, dram shop liability, and other personal injury and wrongful death actions. In addition, Jeff has represented businesses, individuals, and municipal districts in lawsuits arising out of alleged breach of contract, breach of implied and express warranty, DTPA violations, defamation, and a variety of other claims.
Education:
A Houston native, Jeff graduated magna cum laude with a BA in political science and a philosophy minor from the University of St. Thomas in 2008. After earning his JD from the University of Texas School of Law, Jeff was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2012.
