Mr. Sileo’s litigation practice includes actively defending negligence and contract suits against homeowners, businesses and municipal utility districts. Claims handled include builder and landlord liability, breach of contract claims, claims related to proper drainage and detention of storm water, including claims for diversion of surface water brought under the Texas Water Code, negligent security, slander, parental liability, negligent hiring and supervision, third-party liability for sexual molestation, optometric malpractice, contractual indemnity, and recovery of MUD reimbursables. Mr. Sileo works to establish governmental immunity wherever possible for claims brought against his utility district and other governmental entity clients.
